COMPANY HISTORY
Tapping on 15yrs now, of diverse inter-personal skills, professional expertise and experience under Rwanda key MNOs (Tigo/Milicom Rwanda & Airtel Rwanda respectively since 2010), in telcoms design, planning, dimensioning & cross-border/international network capacity upgrades, Eng. Elius Nkongori GATSIROMBO created SANFOR LTD Company in 2023, as a part-time business venture purposed to provide:

Mr. Elius began part-time operation of the business in WiNeti LTD in 2018, which was later to be frozen in 2020 due to lack of control management time, resulting from Airtel/Tigo tight & aggressive merging projects which started in early same year after Airtel Rwanda acquired Tigo Rwanda through Buy/Sale deal, leading to insufficient time to follow up part-time projects.
